Neal
(Lead Vocals & "Frontman")

Neal is a Tampa native.  He started his music career at age four by singing to the radio - Zeppelin or the Carpenters, it didn't matter.  His family noticed that even after the radio was turned off he would keep singing and seemed to remember every song that he had heard.  As a youth, he studied chorus and vocal technique, and his first professional performance was at his Aunt's wedding at age 10. Neal also had a liking for percussion but his family focused his musical talents toward singing. Neal started his first real rock band at age 14 and played local venues in-and-around Tampa all though his teens and early 20's.  He sported long hair, drove a sports car, and sang metal music it just didn't get any better than that!  Neal has the gift of tone and he often contributes to song arrangements and the intricacies of combining the other band instruments to get that 'right sound' for emulating signature pieces of songs.  Always up for a challenge, Neal next joined the Army.  While in the service, he sang in various bands and once performed with Korean soldiers for foreign diplomats.  He spent six years serving his country and then worked in law enforcement for five years following his honorable discharge. Neal moved on to a career in business management, and currently works for Fidelity National Information Services as a Project Manager. His passions are singing, jet-skiing and every other water-sports/outdoor activities and live sporting events. Metal is Neal's favorite music but he likes to listen to everything from Classical to Country, R&B to Jazz, and even Rap and Blues. Neal's favorite saying is one that he first heard in the Army and wouldn't you know it, it's an acronym (the military loves acronyms!): "F.I.D.O."  The PG-13 version of this is "Forget It, Drive On" (you can figure-out the R version).  But on a serious note, the meaning behind this saying is not letting the hard times in life get you down. Don't focus on what's wrong, just look ahead and do what you can to survive while making things better along the way.  Band nickname: "Five Oh"
